We work with SuperHog, an independant insurance provider who provide guests the option to pay a refundable damage deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. The first option protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Please note: guest verification is required by SuperHog for all bookings to protect against fraud. Damage caused by pets or unauthorized parties will not be covered and must be paid for by guests.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Less than 14 days is not subject to a refund.
If there is availability on the dates you would prefer, just let us know and we will adjust the reservation for you. There is no cost to change a reservation but rates do vary so any changes would be subject to the applicable rate on the chosen dates.

The forests come alive, and the animals are more active. The flowers bloom and it’s like a green carpet has been rolled out after dry season. It’s a more affordable time to visit and you will find good deals for longer stays. Come for a month!
Remember, there’s no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing. It’s always worth bringing a light rain jacket.

Quoted rates are per house/unit per night for the specific dates requested. Rates will vary at different times of the year depending on the season. Peak seasons are Christmas and Easter. High season is from December to May and low season is from Sept to November.
Our normal check in time is 3p and check out time is 11a. But because you’re booking direct, we can work with you on timing PROVIDING you give us notice. If there are other guests checking in or out on the same day, our options are limited. If not, tell us what you need.
We warmly welcome one dog per property, as we understand they’re part of the family. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing other pets to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests, especially those with allergies.
To maintain our high standards of cleanliness, we charge a one-time extra fee of $50 to cover additional cleaning expenses associated with accommodating pets.
To preserve the comfort of all guests, we request that dogs remain off furniture, including sofas and beds. In the event that pet hair removal from furniture is necessary, additional fees may apply. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines ensures a pleasant experience for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
We provide most of the basics up to the point where personal preferences kick in. Linens & towels; soaps for laundry, dishes and hands, paper for bathrooms and kitchens, batteries and lightbulbs.
