PuraVida Life STR Management is a back end virtual service. We do not provide ‘on-the-ground’ property management services such as cleaning, maintenance or greeting guests in person. But we will work with the vendors you have who provide these services. We are also a boutique service, we only work with a limited number of clients so that we can still provide personalized service and act as strategic advisors.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are fees are dependent on what stage our clients are in with their business since this will reflect the level of effort required to. Clients with no listings or listings on a single platform for example, will pay more than those simply wishing to hand over the management of an established STR property. 

We will discuss pricing with you during our initial meeting and provide you with a detailed proposal of fees and terms. Our goal is always to make our fees pay for themselves with increased revenue.

For clients new to the STR business we ask for a 6 month commitment to justify the effort involved and to give sufficient time to start seeing results.

For all other clients we can work on a month-month basis.

We provide a plug and play experience without working with a large company. We take over your property’s back-end management and collaborate seamlessly with your local property manager to elevate guest experiences.

From cutting-edge software to finely-tuned processes, we optimize your operations for a hassle-free existence without sacrificing performance. We manage your venture just as meticulously as our own, ensuring your engagement aligns precisely with your preferences.

Presently, we center our attention on the captivating beach locales of Costa Rica. Clients fortunate enough to own property in these areas will enjoy prominent showcasing on our website, coupled with our robust marketing initiatives, aimed at driving direct bookings to their doorstep.

While we do entertain partnerships with hosts from diverse regions, our offerings in such cases will be primarily channeled through established platforms like VRBO. Nonetheless, for those seeking a more personalized touch, we stand ready to collaborate with clients in establishing their independent direct booking channels.

We use Hospitable for our Property Management System (PMS), Pricelabs for revenue management and pricing, Touchstay for Digital guides, and SuperHog for guest verification and damage protection.

The advantage of working with us is you don’t have to pay for subscriptions for any of these applications which can amount to hundreds of dollars per month.
